I understand that a seat in E-BYE is an opportunity — and that opportunities require showing up. I commit to attending sessions consistently, engaging fully, completing my assignments, and respecting my fellow scholars, mentors, and coaches. I understand that the work I do in this program is mine to own. I will bring my real ideas, my real questions, and my real effort. If I am selected, I will not waste this investment in myself or in my community.

I also understand that if I am not able to continue, I will communicate with program staff as early as possible so my seat can be offered to another scholar.
